Meetings of the Council are held on the second Monday of the month at 7.30 pm in the Reading Room Quidenham whilst the Garnier Hall is closed. with the exception of January and August when there is no meeting held. Members of the Public are cordially invited to attend as observers but may not vote. Nor may they speak until the meeting is open to them.
All minutes are draft until they are approved at the next meeting.
